Editorial standards
How Drogo Research selects topics, sources data, reviews articles, discloses conflicts of interest, and corrects errors. Last reviewed .
Topic selection
Articles on the public site cover concepts that are (a) directly relevant to the workflows the Drogo terminal supports — chart reading, screener construction, signal interpretation, backtest hygiene — and (b) supported by primary sources that we can link to. We do not publish "stock picks", "hot ideas", or forward-looking single-name predictions.
Review workflow
Every learn and methodology article is reviewed by at least two members of Drogo Research before publication: one with execution experience in the relevant market, and one with a quantitative-research background. The "Last reviewed" timestamp on each page reflects the most recent quarterly review or correction. Articles older than 12 months are flagged for re-review automatically.
Sourcing
Quantitative claims are linked to a primary source (academic paper, regulator publication, exchange rule book, or audited dataset). We cite SEC, CFA Institute, CME Group, peer-reviewed journals (SSRN, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics), and the original books for the methods we describe (Wilder for RSI, Wyckoff for accumulation/distribution). Secondary sources (Investopedia, Wikipedia) are used as orientation, not as authority.
Live numerical data on the symbol, screener, and today pages comes from Polygon.io (US equities, options, FX), the public Binance and Coinbase APIs (crypto spot), and the SEC EDGAR filings system (financial statements). Drogo aggregates and caches this data through its own data API; all transformations are documented in the methodology pages.
Conflicts of interest
Drogo does not accept compensation from issuers, brokers, asset managers, fund sponsors, or other commercial parties in exchange for editorial coverage or placement. The editorial team does not hold individual positions in single-name US equities or crypto assets that they cover; broad-market instruments (index ETFs, BTC, ETH) and Drogo equity are exempt and disclosed below. Any change to this policy will be disclosed on this page with an updated "Last reviewed" timestamp.
Drogo is a privately-held company building tools for retail and prosumer traders. Drogo earns revenue from terminal subscriptions; the public site is not directly monetized through advertising. The data providers we link to (Polygon, Binance, Coinbase) are commercial counterparties of Drogo but do not influence editorial.
Corrections policy
If you find a factual error on any page, write to editorial@drogo.live with the URL and the specific issue. Verified corrections are applied within 5 business days; the page's dateModified is updated and a brief note is appended to the corrections log describing what was changed and why.
AI-generated content disclosure
Drogo uses large language models inside the terminal product to generate user-specific commentary and to assist in the drafting of public articles. All public articles are reviewed and edited by the Drogo Research team before publication; the model output is never published verbatim. Numerical claims in any article are cross-checked against primary sources. Where an AI summary appears in the terminal\'s in-product chat, it is clearly labelled as AI-generated and is not represented as editorial opinion.
